Vance is a retired Army First Sergeant who served for 20 years. His leadership assignments culminated with company First Sergeant. He has multiple deployments to the Middle East. His last assignment in the United States Army was the NCOIC of TN Joint Forces Headquarter Inspector General鈥檚 Office.
