Residence Hall Room Rates TECH VILLAGE APARTMENT RATES

 

Spring 2026 鈥�

Applications for spring housing will be made available on the application portal each October 1^st before the upcoming spring term. If October 1^st falls on a weekend, the application will go live the following Monday.  Spring 2026 applications will go live on Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at 10 a.m. (CST) for New Students.

 

*Please Note: Students living in a Tech Village apartment who are not returning for Summer 2026 will need to be out of the apartment by May 15, 2026. The remaining days of May will be credited to you.

• 禄 Spring 2026 Housing Details
  • Hall applications are available to any student not currently living on campus.
  • Tech Village apartment applications will not be available.
  • A hall application for spring housing is not required for students living on campus for the Fall 2025 semester.
  • $200 prepayment is due at the time of application.
  • Hall assignments are made by application date (first come/first served).
  • Roommate portal on the hall application closes Monday, December 1, 2025 at noon (CST).
  • Hall assignment emails will be sent out late December (before staff leaves for winter break or early January), depending on your application date.

APPLY FOR SPRING 2026 HOUSING

 

Summer 2026 鈥�

Our summer school residence hall is typically in M.S. Cooper/Pinkerton and is subject to change at any time if needed. Applications for summer housing will be made available via the application portal at noon (CST) on Monday, March 2, 2026 for the upcoming summer term(s).

*If you live on campus for Summer 2026 and want to live on campus for Fall 2026 you will need to fill out a separate housing application for Fall 2026.

*Please Note: Students living in a Tech Village apartment who are not returning for Fall 2026 will need to be out of the apartment by July 15, 2026. The remaining days of July will be credited to you.

• 禄 Halls - Summer 2026 Housing Details
  • Hall applications are available to any student taking classes for the summer.
  • $200 prepayment is due at the time of application.
  • Hall assignments are made by the application date (first come/first served).
  • Hall assignment emails will be sent out starting in late April 2026.
  • Separate applications for fall housing have to be submitted to be considered for Fall 2026. 
• 禄 Tech Village - Summer 2026 Housing Details
  • Students living in Tech Village for summer do not have to take classes during the summer, but are required to be  registered for fall classes.
  • Residents living on campus Spring 2026 will have opportunity to participate in room apartment selection for Fall 2026, depending on availability. Information will be sent to current residents about the process.
  • Prepayments are due at time of applications.
  • Separate summer and fall applications need to be submitted for those staying for summer and fall housing.

APPLY FOR SUMMER 2026 HOUSING

 

Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 鈥�

New Student Applications for fall housing will be made available on the application portal each October 1st before the upcoming spring term. If October 1st falls on a weekend, the application will go live the following Monday. Fall 2026 applications will go live on Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at 10 a.m. (CST) for New Students.

*Winter Break Note:  Residents that may need Interim housing during the winter break between Fall and Spring semesters will need to choose a room in M.S. Cooper/Pinkerton, New Hall North, or New Hall South for Fall 2026 as these halls house residents for the break.  Residents still have to be approved to stay during this break and extra fees apply.

New First-Time Freshmen Students for Fall 2026: 

• Housing is guaranteed if you apply by May 1, 2026 and select a room during the assigned timeslot in April.
• $200 prepayment is due at time of application.
• On Wednesday, April 8, 2026 an email will be sent to students 成年人深夜福利在线观看 Tech email with timeslots for room selection.  You must have completed your application and paid your prepayment to receive this email.
• Roommate portal on the hall application closes Sunday, April 5, 2026 at noon (CST).
• Room selection begins Wednesday, April 15, 2026, depending on the timeslot for the student.
• Assignment emails will be sent out by Wednesday, May 13, 2026.
• Applications are for the Academic School year.  This includes both fall and spring semesters.

All Non Current Resident Applicants for Fall 2026 (New Transfers, those living off campus, etc.):

• Once you submit your application, you will be placed on a housing waiting list (housing is not guaranteed) until we determine how many beds we will have available for the Fall semester.
• We anticipate that we will know the number of available spaces by Monday, March 2, 2026. An email will be sent to Students 成年人深夜福利在线观看 Tech email notifying them of their status at that time (receiving your timeslot or remaining on the wait list).
• Unfortunately, due to limited spaces, we cannot accommodate a roommate choice.
• For those who receive timeslots, you will be notified of your time slot on Monday, April 27, 2026.
• For those that received a timeslot, room selection will begin Wednesday, April 29, 2026, depending on the timeslot for the student.
• Once a room is selected, you will pay your $200 prepayment.
• For those who do not choose a room and/or complete their prepayment, they will forfeit their housing choice.
• There will be a limited time to select a room and make your prepayment.

Current Residents Living On-Campus Fall 2025 / Spring 2026 that want to return for Fall 2026:

• Room/apartment selection will depend on the number of beds released to students not required to live on campus.  Housing is not guaranteed. 
• Applications open Monday, February 2, 2026 for halls and January 15, 2026 for Tech Village apartments. A returning resident can complete an application for both.

  4. Once a room is selected, you will need to pay your $200 prepayment.
  5. For those who do not choose a room and/or complete their prepayment, they will forfeit their housing choice.

• Tech Village Apartment Applications:
  1. Those in Tech Village already living there will have a limited priority period over those who are applying from the halls.
  2. If student is offered a Tech Village Apartment, once they have applied,  student will receive an email from the Assignment Specialist.
  3. If you accept the offer, you will then pay the $200 prepayment.
  4. Those who do not pay the prepayment will forfeit housing at 成年人深夜福利在线观看 Tech Apartments.
  5. There will be a limited time to make prepayment.

  7. Applications are for the Academic School year.  This includes both fall and spring semesters.

 

*Please Note: Students living in a Tech Village apartment who are not returning for Spring 2026 will need to be out of the apartment by December 15, 2026. The remaining days of December will be credited to you.

*Please Note:  If you're living on campus during the Fall 2026 semester, there's no need to reapply for Spring 2027 housing. Your current housing assignment and details will automatically roll over into the spring semester

Interim Housing over Breaks 鈥�

Interim Housing is available for students living in the residence halls who need housing between academic terms鈥攕uch as between Fall and Spring semesters, or Spring to Summer.

Please note:  

• This is not a regular housing application.
• It serves as a supplement to your original housing application
• A separate charge applies for Interim Housing

Disability Housing Requests 鈥�

Do you have a physical disability or condition warranting special consideration in making your housing assignment?  If so, students requesting disability housing accommodations must register with The Accessible Education Center before your requested housing accommodations may be provided. 

You must submit or complete the following information:

1. Complete a housing application and submit $200 prepayment during the application.
2. Complete any necessary paperwork and/or procedures that The Accessible Education Center requires of you.

Before you start your application, you need to have your TechExpress student account set up. If you鈥檝e already set up your TechExpress account, you鈥檙e ready to go! You can access the Housing Application Portal through TechExpress, or by clicking 鈥淎pply for Housing鈥� below!

  Once you鈥檝e set up your TechExpress account, you'll be able to quickly and easily access the housing application by adding it to your QuickLinks bar!
