For more than a decade, TechConnect has helped students connect with academic advisors, tutoring services, student success resources, and campus support services. While the name is changing, our commitment to supporting student success remains the same.
This transition aligns 成年人深夜福利在线观看 Tech with the Navigate360 platform used by colleges and universities across the country and supports the launch of the new Navigate360 Student mobile app.
Navigate360 will continue to serve as 成年人深夜福利在线观看 Tech's primary student success platform for advising, tutoring, student support services, appointment scheduling, student engagement initiatives, and coordinated care efforts.
While students will notice the most significant changes through the addition of the Navigate360 Student mobile app, the Faculty/Staff experience will remain largely the same.
Why is the name changing?
The platform you know as TechConnect isn't going away. It is simply moving forward under the Navigate360 name with two distinguished versions: Navigate360 Student & Navigate360 Student Success for Faculty & Staff (simply, Navigate360 Faculty & Staff).
The transition to Navigate360 is more than a branding update. As 成年人深夜福利在线观看 Tech introduces the Navigate360 Student mobile app, it is important that students, faculty, staff, and support resources are all referring to the platform by the same name.

Continuing to use different names for the same platform would create unnecessary confusion for students trying to access services, schedule appointments, or find support.

Moving to Navigate360 ensures that students, faculty, staff, websites, support materials, and mobile applications are all using the same platform name and experience. For Students... In addition to the web experience, students can now access Navigate360 through a dedicated mobile app and an improved browser design to provide support wherever they are.

- Updated references and links within TechExpress (campus portal)
- New website URLs and update resources to reflect the branding change
- Updated screenshots, guides, and support resources (ongoing throughout the Fall 2026 term)
- A new support email address: Navigate@tntech.edu
The following will remain unchanged for faculty & staff:
- Login to the platform still utilizes users' existing Tech domain credentials
- Existing permissions and access
- Existing appointment centers and services
- Access to student records
- Unchanged early alert and case management protocols
- Existing reporting capabilities
- Existing workflows and processes
Faculty and staff should continue using Navigate360 Student Success (Faculty and Staff version) just as they previously used TechConnect.

- Is TechConnect going away?
No. TechConnect is becoming Navigate360. The services, support, and resources students depend on are still available and they will simply be accessed through the Navigate360 name and branding moving forward.
- Do I need a new account or login?

The transition from TechConnect to Navigate360 does not require students to create a new account or learn a completely new system.
Students will continue to use:

Beginning August 1:
Use the New Name... Please refer to the platform as:
- Navigate360 (generally speaking)
- Navigate360 Student (when communicating for student users)
- Navigate360 Faculty/Staff (when communicating to faculty and staff users)
Avoid introducing new references to TechConnect in presentations, websites, emails, and student materials.
Encourage App Adoption
Students who download Navigate360 Student will be able to:
- Schedule advising and tutoring appointments more easily using a mobile app
- Receive reminders and notifications
- Access Nav360 Guide
- Submit a Hand Raise when assistance is needed
- Connect through Study Buddies to form organic study groups for enrolled courses
- Access campus resources
Reinforce a Simple Message
When students ask about the change, consider using the following explanation:
"Navigate360 is the new name for TechConnect. It offers the same services students already use while adding a mobile app and new tools designed to help students connect with resources and stay on track toward graduation."
Review resources used and shared related to TechConnect
Departments with reference to TechConnect information on their website will be contacted directly by a member of the Navigate360 team with information and guidance on when to update their information. Ahead of that time, departments should review:

- Knowledge base articles
- Orientation materials
For student materials, any references to TechConnect should be updated to Navigate360 Student.
For faculty/staff materials, any references to TechConnect should be updated to Navigate360 Faculty & Staff.
- Will old links continue to work?
The TechConnect resource website URLs will be redirected to the Navigate website following the August 1 launch.
TechExpress (campus portal) links will change to reflect the two difference versions of the platform: Nav360Stu (for students); and, Nav360 (for faculty & staff). Faculty will need to use the new link and icon (student wearing a graduation cap) located in their QuickLinks and the Compass Menu (top right).

Additional resources, FAQs, and support materials will be made available through the Navigate website and communicated by the Navigate360 team as we get closer to the transition date.
