Parking & Transportation Improvements - 2025

This large-scale site project provides necessary upgrades to roadways, infrastructure, and landscaping and introduces dedicated pedestrian pathways and a plaza to enhance student experience. The project included the conversion of portions of Peachtree Avenue (now Wilmore Way) and University Drive to pedestrian-only walkways. The closure of William L. Jones Drive from Derryberry to Wilmore Way reduces vehicles on the interior campus for improved pedestrian safety. Road improvements and new sidewalks have been implemented on portions of Peachtree Avenue, West 10th Street, and Stadium Drive. Interior campus parking lots have been reworked for better flow. This project also includes new campus gateway signage, which marks the perimeter of campus.

Bruner Hall Renovation - 2021

The Bruner Hall renovation was part of a series of multiple building upgrade projects across campus. These projects provide mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades throughout the building as well as new finishes to bring our buildings up to code and introduce a higher level of service to our students. The Bruner Hall renovation incorporated new glass interiors to introduce more light into an older building. Space planning for the renovation also provided for more modern student gathering and collaboration spaces.
